Upon syncing with the Nix Hydration Biosensor, users embark on a journey of comprehending their hydration essentials with Nix Solo, an app tailored for individual monitoring. This cutting-edge biosensor is distinct as it emerges as the only combination of pod, patch, and complimentary app to:

<li>Assess the electrochemical biomarkers in sweat</li>
<li>Convey real-time notifications to your smartphone, Apple Watch, Garmin Watch, or Garmin Bike Computer</li>
<li>Establish correlations between sweat data, training surroundings, and the Nix Index – a holistic gauge of six environmental variables: temperature, humidity, dew point, altitude, wind speed, and solar load</li>
<li>Offer post-workout Sweat Intelligence containing insightful details on your Sweat Profile inclusive of fluid loss rate, electrolyte loss rate, and sweat composition metrics</li>
</ul>
Prior to your workout session, input workout details and expected hydration choices into the Nix Solo app. The Nix Index can be referenced to understand how environmental conditions influence hydration requisites.
As perspiration sets in, our disposable patch initiates the measurement and evaluation of fluid and electrolyte depletions moment by moment – indicative metrics of a distinct "sweat composition." This data is promptly transmitted to our app and can be seamlessly shared with external devices such as Apple Watch, Garmin Watch, and Garmin Bike Computer.
The outcome is a real-time awareness of when, what, and how much to drink to optimize safety and performance concurrently.
